great workout!
I started going to ILKB skokie about two months ago! I have learned so much and can feel my body changing every time I go. The staff is so supportive and will help you get through the workout with encouragement and a smile! I think everyone should try kickboxing and ILKB skokie is the best place to go!

Fitfam for Life
The workouts are intense but a ton of fun. Instructors are AMAZING! They love what they do and it shows in the care they show the members. Make you feel like family!! Wanna burn 600 to 1000 calories and have fun doing it....go to ILoveKickBoxing-Skokie!!!

best workout ever
started with ilovekickboxing about a month ago and all i can truly say is, I LOVE IT.. it is definitely hard work, but all of the instructors and trainers are great and motivate you every step of the way. I can feel myself getting stronger with each workout. I was working out with a personal trainer before starting here and i can tell you, i burn more calories here then i did with my trainer. i definitely recommend ilovekickboxing Skokie to everyone..
